What you buy
Prepaid months of a programme at the Botshare Robotics & AI Lab in Limassol. One month is 4 sessions of 2 hours, one per week, in the slot you choose. Kids 8-14: standard price EUR 150 per month. Youth 14-18: standard price EUR 250 per month. You can prepay 1 to 6 months in one payment.
Early-bird discounts
The discount depends on the date you pay: 50% until 30 November 2026, 40% until 31 December 2026, 30% until 28 February 2027, 20% until 31 May 2027 (23:59 Cyprus time). Limited extra codes may run at Christmas and New Year and during Limassol Carnival week, for the number of purchases and dates stated with the code. The price you pay is locked for every month you prepay.
Start
The lab is planned to open in August 2027. We confirm the opening date, address and final session times by email at least 30 days in advance. Prepaid months start from the first week after opening.
Refunds
- Full refund on request, for any reason, until 31 July 2027.
- If the lab has not opened by 31 October 2027, full refund on request, whatever the date of purchase.
- After the lab opens, unused full months are refunded on request. The month in progress is not refunded.
- Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of the request. Consumers keep their statutory rights.
Transfers and missed sessions
Unused months can be transferred to a sibling in the same age programme. If a session is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, we offer one make-up session per month in another slot with free places. Sessions cancelled by us are always made up.
Safeguarding
- Every session with children has at least two adults present. No adult is alone with a child.
- Every person working with children holds a clean criminal record certificate.
- Children receive a safety briefing before using any tool and wear eye protection at the benches. Moving robots operate only in a marked test area with emergency stops.
- Children are handed over only to a parent or a person the parent named in writing.
- Concerns can be reported directly to the founder at academy@botshare.ai and are handled the same day.
Consent and photos
A parent or guardian registers every learner under 18 and signs the participation and medical-information form before the first session. We take or publish photos or video of a child only with separate written parental consent, and a parent can withdraw it at any time.
Personal data
We use the data you give us only to run your reservation and the programme and to contact you about it. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store card numbers. You can ask for a copy or deletion of your data at academy@botshare.ai. Our full privacy policy: botshare.ai/privacy-policy.
