Questions families ask.
When and where does the lab open?
August 2027, in Limassol. Families with a reservation get the exact address and the final schedule first.
What do I buy today?
Prepaid months of a lab programme at the early-bird price of the day you pay. One month is 4 sessions of 2 hours, one per week. Sessions start when the lab opens.
How many months can I prepay?
From 1 to 6 months, chosen at checkout. Every prepaid month keeps the early-bird price.
How does the discount change?
50% until 30 November 2026, 40% until 31 December 2026, 30% until 28 February 2027, 20% until 31 May 2027. Extra limited offers run at Christmas and New Year and during Limassol Carnival week.
What if the opening is delayed or I change my mind?
Full refund on request at any time until 31 July 2027. If the lab has not opened by 31 October 2027, full refund on request whatever the date of purchase.
Can a sibling use my prepaid months?
Yes. Unused months can be transferred to a brother or sister in the same age programme.
What if my child misses a session?
Tell us at least 24 hours before and we offer one make-up session per month in another slot with free places.
Does my child need experience?
No. Groups are formed by age and level after a short meeting before the start.
In which language are sessions taught?
English.
How safe is it?
Small groups, two adults in every session, safety briefing before any tool, eye protection, a marked test area for moving robots and emergency stops within reach. Learners follow the same rule as the real robot: the base and the arms never move at the same time, and two physical emergency stops cut power to every motor.
Do learners get a certificate?
Yes. Certificates are earned on the robot, not with a quiz: Certified Robot Operator (run a mission and recover from a problem), Certified Robot Trainer (teach a task by demonstration and evaluate it) and Certified Robot Builder (bring up a robot against the acceptance checklist).
What should my child bring?
Nothing special. Closed shoes and long hair tied back. All tools, parts and computers are provided.
Can university students and companies reserve too?
Yes. Write to us through the form. The same discount calendar applies to lab-based university and company programmes.
Who runs the lab?
Botshare Ltd, a robotics R&D company registered in Limassol and a member of NVIDIA Inception. Founder: Alex Reznichenko.
How do I support the project without reserving?
One-off or monthly contributions by card, or GitHub Sponsors. See Support us.
