The Lab

Botshare Robotics & AI Lab, Limassol.

A lab for embodied AI and for developing OpenAMRobot. Opening August 2027.

What happens here

Robots that learn from people.

Embodied AI is AI with a body: robots that see, move and handle objects, and learn new tasks from demonstrations instead of hand-written code. In the lab our team builds and tests OpenAMRobot 2.0 and develops version 3.0: new hardware, navigation, manipulation and learned skills.

Part of each week the lab opens to learners: kids, teenagers, university students and company teams. They work at the same benches, on the same robot.

Learners follow the same safety rule as the product: the base and the arms never move at the same time, and two physical emergency stops cut power to every motor.

See the robot: 3D model, exploded view, source on GitHub and OpenAMRobot 2.0 on botshare.ai.
